Sherbrooke, Monday, April 14, 5:00 p.m. – The Fête du Lac des Nations Promutuel Assurance is back from July 15 to 20, 2025, at Jacques-Cartier Park in Sherbrooke. For its 44th edition, the event is offering festivalgoers a full week of festivities, featuring over 65 musical performances of all styles
Starting at 4 p.m. from Tuesday to Thursday, and from noon on Friday to Sunday, the site will open its doors to all festivalgoers. On the program: musical and pyrotechnic performances, a temporary amusement park, inflatable games, kids’ activities, and much more! Local merchants and restaurateurs will set up shop on-site for all 6 days of the festival to showcase their delights: handcrafted products, gourmet snacks, meals, desserts, and more.
Loto-Québec, presenting partner, renews its collaboration for the next three editions:
“Loto-Québec is very pleased to continue its collaboration with the Fête du Lac des Nations, a flagship event in the Eastern Townships that contributes to the region’s vitality and visibility. We are proud to have included this festival in the Rendez-vous Loto-Québec calendar for over 25 years.
The Fête du Lac des Nations and Loto-Québec share a commitment to offering unifying, inclusive events that foster the economic and social development of the community. We warmly invite the public to gather in front of the Loto-Québec Main Stage starting July 15 to fully enjoy the many performances throughout the festival,” says Eric Meunier, Director of Social Engagement at Loto-Québec.
Promutuel, title partner of the event, is proud to take part in the largest event in the Eastern Townships:
“It is a great source of pride for us to be the title partner of the Fête du Lac des Nations Promutuel Assurance, an event that stands out each year for its quality and its positive impact on our community and local economy. Contributing to this festival and watching it grow year after year is a true joy. And because you loved it so much last year, we’re happy to announce the return of our Promutuel Assurance Silent Disco!” says Maryse Morel, General Manager of Promutuel Assurance Centre-Sud.
The SAQ will once again be present for all six days of festivities:
“The SAQ is pleased to renew its partnership with the Fête du Lac des Nations inc. for the 23rd year,” says Emmanuelle Roy, Associate Director of Marketing. “This partnership reflects our desire to support the socio-economic vitality of Quebec’s regions and to help showcase culture. People often mistakenly believe that sales at the SAQ bistro go back to the SAQ. On the contrary, the bistros are intended to be an additional source of revenue for event organizers. The SAQ donates some of the products, which are then sold at the bistros. So, every sale at the bistro supports the event.”
