Lost items can be returned and/or picked up at the information booth on the festival grounds or you can contact for help. Please note that the organisation of the festival is not responsable for stolen or lost objects.

Lost children are escorted to the Armand-Nadeau Pavilion (VIP Room). Members of the organization are notified and can direct you to this location.
