During the event, lost items can be reported and/or retrieved at the information booth, located near the festival’s main entrance.

If your item was not recovered during the event, we invite you to contact the organization at info@fetedulacdesnations.com. Please include a detailed description of the item to help us with the search.

If your item has been found by the FLN team, you will be able to schedule an appointment to collect it during our regular business hours. The organization will keep lost items for a period of 90 days following the end of the festival.

Several chemical toilets are installed at different locations on the festival site. Adapted toilets are available for people with reduced mobility. Upon presentation of the government-issued pass, the companion will be granted free entry to the festival site. The pass does not provide access to special zones. The ticket for the accompanied person must be purchased.

Yes, there are spaces in the Loto-Québec Main Stage area, in the Fireboxes area and in the Privilege Zone area. An access ramp to the Bistro SAQ allows people with reduced mobility to get there. For more details on these areas, go to the Access to the site page.

If you find a lost child, bring them to a FLN staff member or volunteer as quickly as possible. The security team will take over from there.
