Grammy-winning American singer-songwriter Daya nuances her catchy pop gems with lush electronic elements. Evolving over the years as she slowly took control of her image and her music, she first climbed the charts as a 16-year-old teenager. That youthful energy found its way into her debut album, “Sit Still, Look Pretty”, released in 2016, which spawned the multi-platinum track “Hide Away”. She won a Grammy with “Don’t Let Me Down” and embraced a more electronic style that gave rise to the 2021 EP “The Difference”, which changed course and spawned the hit “Bad Girl”.
